Q: What certifications NEX-G holds?

NEX-G EMS has successfully obtained ISO-9001 (Quality Management System), ISO-14001 (Environmental Management System) and IPC-A-610 (Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies). At the same time, NEX-G can also guide clients through CCC, CE, FDA, and UL certification depending on their target market.

Q: How long does an RFQ take?

It varies depending on the nature of your request. Typically, for PCB/PCBA projects, we aim to reply to RFQs within a few days of receiving them. However, if there is any delay in providing the quote, we will promptly inform you of the situation.
 
For complete projects that require outsourcing parts along with third-party suppliers, we usually request 10-14 days to complete the RFQ. 
 

Q: Can NEX-G handle both prototype and large-scale production runs?

Overall, our comprehensive capabilities, experienced team, and collaborative approach enable us to handle all stages of product development and quantities with precision and efficiency. Whether you need a handful of prototypes or thousands of units for mass production, you can trust us to deliver high-quality results every step of the way.

 

Q: Do you provide design services or assistance with product development?

NEX-G can provide design capabilities for electronics design (PCB), Mechanical design (Plastic, metal parts), and firmware design. We also collaborate with trustworthy design houses if your product requires a more specific approach.

 

Q: Can NEX-G help me with different shipment locations?

Nex-G provides supply chain solutions – YES, we can help you deliver your products to different countries. Please, inform the details in advance so we can optimize the service and offer a better solution for you. 

 

Q: Can I consign components or material to NEX-G?

Yes, you are free to inform us about the material you possess and would like us to use in production. However, we do not bear responsibility if they fail our IQC inspection upon arrival.

Q: Where we can ship our projects and which kind of shipment can be used?

We can help you ship your product worldwide using all means of transportation available. Most commons are SEA (FCL and LCL), AIR, or TRAINS. 


Q: What is the payment terms NEX-G can offer?

That will depend on the size of the project, longevity and the relationship built through the years. We can offer flexible payment terms and review according to customers’ needs. In general, an upfront payment is always expected in order to cover material purchase, another payment when the material arrive and a final payment before the goods are shipped.
