Through our sourcing program, we are in charge of vetting, selecting, and managing suppliers who can provide the inputs for the production to run continuously. Sourcing workflow

Identify the needs: Identify the requirements and needs of the project for components and parts as well.

Research the market: Evaluate the current market, availability, and lead times, in order to minimize risks and increase efficiency. At this point, our team will also search for potential replacements issuing a note to the client for approval.

Vet suppliers: as a part of our risk management, vendor vetting allows us to avoid external supply chain threats. By selecting suppliers that are compliant with standards and regulations, we can then establish partnerships that promote operational efficiency. We review the process including requirements for a Code of Conduct, as well as ISO 9001 and ISO 14000. Additional certifications may be required depending on the service and material provided.

Negotiate: here is where our company starts negotiating different payment terms in order to provide the best and most flexible terms to our clients.
